Fernando set the old flour mill as independent housing . The mill has an special appeal due to its “mallorquín” decoration composed by recycled objects from the rural vicinity.

Around an outstanding cistern with a remarkable stone arch, there are other three independent houses for two persons each. All with one double bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, heating, fireplace and terrace.

There is another independent house with six apartaments for two peoples with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and heating.

Common areas include one living room with fireplace, bar and barbecue, located in the riding club and three pools (one for children)
